At your request, I can create a menu based on a specific cuisine, dietary restriction, or flavor profile when possible utilizing local, organic products. I am always happy to accommodate food allergies or special diets, such as gluten-free, lactose-free, paleo, keto, or nut-free to name a few. The result is an incredible, one-of-a-kind dining experience.
