If you are looking to downhill ski, take a short ten-minute drive up the hill to Big Sky Resort, home of the "Biggest Skiing in America!" If cross-country skiing is more your cup of tea, it's only a 4-minute drive to Lone Mountain Ranch to enjoy over 80 miles of world-class Nordic trails. This townhome is also within walking distance to Big Sky's Town Center which has a skating rink, movie theater, restaurants, and shopping!

In the summer, enjoy walking to Town Center events such as the Big Sky Farmers Market and Music in the Mountains Concert Series, along with Big Sky's premier event the PBR Rodeo. For those looking to explore the local trails, the trailhead for the "Hummocks" and "Uplands" trails is about 3/4 of a mile from the townhome. Climate and Comfort:
This townhome has radiant heating and a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy during the cooler months.
There is no A/C in this townhome. As it is typical in Montana. Summer guests are encouraged to take part in good ole' Montana A/C which is opening windows at night and closing them up during the day. Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are not present at the townhome as well.

Additional information:
No pets are allowed, unless prior authorization from Two Pines. This property is also smoke free. There is a Ring camera located on the front door. There is a second security camera located in the garage, but this is not in service and does not work.
