Welcome to 99 Pheasant #2! This modern mountain townhome is located in the heart of Big Sky's Town Center! This townhome features an open layout on the main floor with the kitchen, living, and dining room. Keep the Chef in the family company while enjoying a drink at the extended bar overlooking the kitchen, with seating for six. After dinner lounge on the extended sofa in the living room or take a dip in the private hot tub!

In the Winter, this central location provides prime access to a multitude of Big Sky's winter activities! If you are looking to downhill ski, take a short ten-minute drive up the hill to Big Sky Resort, home of the "Biggest Skiing in America!" If cross-country skiing is more your cup of tea, it's only a 4-minute drive to Lone Mountain Ranch to enjoy over 80 miles of world-class nordic trails. Big Sky's own skating rink is also located in Big Sky's Town Center, during the winter months. (Weather Dependent)

Enjoy all that Big Sky has to offer in the summer, with live music at the "Music in the Mountains" weekly concert series and the savory/sweet treats at the Big Sky Farmers Market. Head out on foot or rent a bike from a nearby outdoor shop to enjoy the nearby hiking/biking trails. The Uplands, Hummocks & Ousel Falls trails are fun for the whole family and vary in distance. Don't forget to stop by Hungry Moose Market and Deli for an ice cream cone and to enjoy the patio, while planning your next adventure!

Summer guests are encouraged to take part in good ole' Montana A/C which is opening windows at night and closing them up during the day. Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are not present at the home as well.

Transportation to Big Sky From Bozeman Airport:
In order to experience all that Big Sky has to offer, it is helpful to have access to a vehicle during your stay. This allows you to travel seamlessly throughout the community from the Gallatin River to Lone Peak. While ride-sharing and taxi services are abundant in other communities, Big Sky remains a small town with limited options for transportation. We offer a 5% discount code to Explore Rentals for confirmed guests. They are located minutes away from the Bozeman Airport and provide 4-wheel drive vehicles with dedicated snow tires in the winter and all-season tires in the summer!

A bright, shining star in Big Sky.

Although we normally opt for ski-in/ski-out cabins, we were fortunate to find this not-so-little gem in Big Sky for a recent week-long ski vacation. It had everything we needed and with much higher-quality than the vast majority of rentals. It was like staying at a (wealthy) friend's home. A home with a garage. The first impression of the condo is that it is large, clean, and beautiful. Melanie Turner-style Montana decor abounds with handsome rugs, candles, and blankets. With just a little more exploring, you find that everything is owner-quality. The large kitchen has Thermador appliances and is stocked with top-shelf cookware and flatware. The washer and dryer were modern, cavernous, and clean. The hot tub was spotless. The mattresses and pillows were high-quality, which is nearly unheard of for a rental. The master closet was the size of a small bedroom and the master shower could easily accommodate two people. In terms of location, it is within easy walking distance of a wide selection of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Although it is located close to a main thoroughfare, the condo's hot tub had a privacy fence and room fans maintain enough background noise to mask what little traffic sounds there were. Other than having to do a little driving to the resort, this property far exceeded our expectations!
